Ladies' Dog Club is one of eight all-breed clubs selected by the American Kennel Club as a site for the AKC National Owner Handler Series Regional pilot program. These clubs have the honor of holding the first NOHS Regional Events around the country from September 2024 to September 2025.

LDC will host the New England regional event on Friday, May 30, 2025. Similar events will be held in Colorado, California, Missouri, Florida, Ohio, Maryland, and Washington.

The timing for this pilot program aligns with the 2025 AKC NOHS Finals qualifying period – September 2024 to September 2025.  These regional gatherings will be structured like the NOHS Finals in Orlando, except it will be open to all owner-handlers that are qualified to compete in NOHS. Winning entries will receive double the NOHS qualifying points towards the 2025 NOHS Finals in Orlando.
